Running water factories have been built in all the cities and counties of Liangshan, the quality of water can achieve the standard of the Nation for both drinking and production. There are 3 water supply factories in Xichang city at present, which can supply 115 thousand tons of water per day. The price of water is made according to the price control department, which is 1.95 RMB per ton for industry, 2.25 RMB per ton for commerce, 1.62 RMB per ton for living.
Liangshan can generate more than 3 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity each year. The electricity web which consists of national and local webs can satisfy the needs of large-scale industrial constructions and various special projects.
