The Nestle of Sweden, Toyota of Japan, Zhengda of Thailand, Copper industry of Jiangxi and Yunnan province, Founder group of Beida, Huarun Group and Hejia Group of Hong Kong, and many other enterprises from home and abroad with economic strength were set up in Liangshan.
Xichang Jingjiu Industrial Park
Jingjiu industrial park, situated in Xichang city, the capital of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan province, 18 kilometers south to Xichang city, has planning control area of 18.5 square kilometers, which is the only State-level industrial centralized development area in Liangshan. The park has set up specialized management committee, which is responsible for the development & construction and services. According to the advantages of water& electricity resources and mineral resources in this area, the park put emphasis on the development of products of metallurgy, building material, chemical industry and non-ferrous metal. Now there are 14 enterprises in the park, and their output value has reached 600 million RMB. At present, the park has finished the overall planning, and part of the control work and the infrastructure is speeding up to complete Some of the roads and bridges, as well as water and electricity facilities have been finished.
Mianning Industrial Park

1. Lugu-Man Shuiwan planning area of rare-earth industry: the mainly industry here is rare-earth fabrication, and also have product development of Silicon, and some non-metal fabrication of pencil stone, silica and kaolin. It locates between Lugu town and Man Shuiwan town of Mianning County, the whole length is 10 kilometers, with lower population density, and has relatively minor influence on the inhabitants around. The traffic, communication, water and electricity supplies here are very convenient, which is a good advantage for industries. It has established over 20 important enterprises within the planning area, such as Beida Fangzheng Rare-earth New Material Company, Anning River Rare-earth Company, Feitian Rare-earth Company, and Zhengyuan Silicon Industry Company.
2. Houshan planning area of building material industry: it is established by the products of cement, pencil stone, limestone and some other building material products. The main feature is the convenience of raw material*s supply. Limestone and pencil stone can be found near the area, with abundant resources and good quality. In this area, it has established some building material companies with certain size, such as Fuqiang Cement Factory and Mianning Pencil Stone Co., Ltd.
3. Huiping (Xujia River) planning area of electrometallurgy industry: It mainly contains high-cost energy enterprises of rare-earth alloy, silicon carbon and industrial silicon. At present, it has set up some important enterprises, such as Wanning Special Alloy, Changning Silicon Carbon and Maoyuan Rare-earth New Material.
4. Senrong (Maoniu Ping) mining area of green ore: It provides abundant raw materials to deep processing enterprises, by means of mining and processing green ore, and producing primary products. Now there are 6 mining enterprises with certain size.
Ganluo Lead-Zinc industrial central area and
high-load energy central area
1. Ganluo Lead-Zinc industrial central area is situated within A Zi Jue Village, Suxiong Village and Xin Shiba town, with planning coverage of 9.5 square kilometers, and 800 million RMB of investment. The mainly industrial chain is based on lead-zinc mining and selecting. At present, there are 25 enterprises (4 are industrial enterprises above designated size), the annual output value is nearly 100 million RMB.
2. High-load energy central area is located at Qiaobian Village, Puchang town in Ganluo County, with 188 mu of planning coverage and nearly 100 million of total investment. The main products are industrial silicon, silicon carbon, graphite electrode, and so on. Now there are 8 enterprises in this area, 6 enterprises of them have already gone into production, 1 have technical innovation. It is predicated that after all the construction, the annual output value will reach 400 million RMB.
