Ⅸ、Expected economic benefits : The rare earth is Mianning's pillar(cornerstone) industry, the annual production is 530 million Yuan, the turning in tax money more than 43 million Yuan. It would enhance 20% sales output value and the tax revenue in the existing foundation after the conformity , defined the ore rights, the investment recycling time has 4 years.
